Generative AI - Introducing One AI Discover

Last year, we made modelling more accessible with One AI Recipes, a wizard-like tool with quick-pick variables. This year, we've used AI to make answering our questions as easy as....well...asking it. You're going to hear a lot about AI at HR Tech, so let's explain why we're different from every other people analytics vendor you talk to:
  • One-AI-Discover-Grpahic-smOur AI does not try to calculate the answer on the fly. Instead, it creates a script that queries the tools a human would use to find the answer.
  • The variables used to produce the answer are visible and editable. You don't want to use that headcount metric? No problem, replace directly on the answer and get a refreshed result.
  • HR is still in control with robust role security. That means no one can get to a number they do not have permission to see. 
  • HR is still in control by selecting default metrics and answers so all people leaders are working with the same facts.
  • HR is still in control with feedback tools that will directly impact improvements.

Across other platforms, only 70% of AI responses are accurate. Don't release bad AI into your people analytics dashboards and metrics.
