“Do Not Sell My Information” and other California Consumer Rights Requests

Your Rights Under CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) to: (1) direct us not to sell your personal information (the “Right to Opt-Out”), (2) request information about and/or access to the personal information we collect about you (the “Right to Know” / "Right to Access"), and (3) request that we delete your personal information (the “Right to Delete”). These Consumer Rights are subject to exemptions under the CCPA and other limitations under applicable law.

With respect to the Right to Know, Right to Access and the Right to Delete, One Model is required under the CCPA to verify a consumer’s identity as a first step in fulfilling the request. We may deny such requests if we are unable to verify a consumer’s identity.

To exercise your Consumer Rights, you may submit a request to us by completing and submitting the form to the right with your information. When we receive your form, we will contact you to to confirm the request and obtain additional information to verify your identity and process your request.
