We know SQL access inside a cloud platform can make people nervous. That’s why SQL Explorer is read-only, scoped to your environment, and governed by permission settings. You get control without compromising security.
Here’s how we keep it safe:
- No access to restricted schemas or system tables
- All activity is logged and auditable
- Access is controlled through permissions— you decide who sees what
- All SQL Statements are parsed and checked before running on the Database
- Use Redshift security to restrict Tables so users can’t access restricted data
